Everything is confirmed on WhatsApp first — scope, schedule and total cost, agreed in writing. Payment is then made via UPI or bank transfer before your first live session, and a receipt is shared immediately. No subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no hidden charges.
If you cancel before your first live session, you receive a full refund. Once sessions have begun, refunds are handled fairly case-by-case depending on how much of the program has been delivered. The exact terms for your program are documented at enrolment — you will never discover policy details after paying.
No prior experience is required — sessions start from wherever you are. That said, completing our free course first gives you shared vocabulary and makes paid time more efficient. For the mentorship, genuine willingness to do weekly assignments matters more than experience.
Live first — both programs run as live 1-on-1 video sessions where you can interrupt, question and re-ask anything. Recordings exist for revision afterwards: the 1-on-1 includes session recording access, and the mentorship maintains an archive plus written recaps of each session.
You get an onboarding message within one working day: goal scoping, your schedule and either your first session slot (1-on-1) or your kickoff date and curriculum roadmap (mentorship). From there it runs like a proper course — sessions, assignments, reviews and clear milestones, ending with a personal learning summary.
